Use "conf_d" variable to set configuration directory

Now one can set "conf_d" to an arbitrary directory in /etc/backup-script.conf
(or its older location /etc/backup-script.d/backup-script.conf).
bin/backup-script diff | blob | history
Simple scripts for (remote) rsync backups/clones
