homebrew: Clean up ZSH completion handling

Homebrew recently restructured their repositories and removed the
"brew_zsh_completion.zsh" file; so this "trick" dosn't work any more.

But ZSH completion uses the bash "brew" completion anyways, so
everything should be fine.

This reverts 56a1f26373.
