+I. Introduction

-ngIRCd ist ein Server fuer den Internet Relay Chat (IRC). Er ist von Grund
-auf neu geschrieben, also nicht wie die meisten anderen IRCd's vom Urvater,
-dem Daemon des IRCNet abgeleitet.
