+ - New configuration option "NoZeroConf" to disable service registration at
+ runtime even if ngIRCd is compiled with support for ZeroConf (e.g. using
+ Howl, Avahi or on Mac OS X).

+ (the "target"), to which ngIRCd should send its log messages.
