Add ABI checking to libatalk build

Fix dsi->in_write flag/counter

The new/tuned sendfile using code resulted in in_write being
decremented to -1 because dsi_readdone was called (which
decremnts it by 1) althoug it wasn't incremented before. The fix
is to not call dsi_readdone() at all in the sendfile case as
we didn't call the counterpart dsi_readinit() beforehand.

Fix for ressource fork handling on Solaris

For certain metadata operations the ressourcefork size was
reported as 0 bytes although an existing ressource fork was
> 0 bytes. As a result when copying files with ressource forks
from the server to the client the ressource was ignored by the
client and not copied.

Zeroconf could not advertise non-ASCII time machine volume name, suggested by Oichi

Changed behaviour for TimeMachine volumes in case there's a problem
talking to the CNID daemons. Previously the volume was flagged read-only
and an AFP message was sent to the client. As this might result in
TimeMachine assuming the backup sparse bundle is damaged, we now just
switch the CNID database to an in-memory tdb without the additional stuff.
